Janet P. Judge, nationally recognized collegiate sports law attorney is a litigation partner with Holland & Knight in Boston, Massachusetts. With over 30 years of experience in higher education and intercollegiate sports, she works with college and university presidents, general counsel and athletic administrators to assess, reduce and remedy areas of risk in athletic programs. She is well known for working with schools and conferences to develop and implement effective preventative strategies with regard to sexual misconduct, hazing, academic fraud, climate, discipline and employment issues. In addition to her law practice, she serves on the NCAA Commission to Combat Campus Sexual Violence, the Boards of Hazing Prevention.Org and USA Ultimate, and is a coauthor of the NCAA Manual on Gender Equality. She also frequently speaks about current sports and sexual misconduct issues at national higher education conferences and has authored several articles on collegiate compliance.
